We can access Gmail Offline Even without having Google Chrome.
For this, we have to use an email client. When you install email program with the proper setting configuration of IMAP or POP3 and SMTP server. After that, all of your messages are downloaded to your System
Now, these messages are not accessed from Gmail’s servers, and you can search, read and queue new mail threads even offline.
How to synchronize messages
Though by default, messages of last 7 days, any message in the draft or starred messages are synchronized. So if you want to need specific messages, then Star them to make sure about its existence offline.
So if you want to synchronize messages of more days then you have to follow following steps:
- Open Extensions by entering this address: chrome://extensions/.
- Click on Gmail Offline.
- Then click on Settings. Option.
- And select from the drop-down menu: Week, 2 weeks, or Month.
- Click Apply.
And now your messages will be synchronized according to the option selected above.

- Enter the link chrome://extensions/ in the address bar and open the extensions.

- Then select Remove from Chrome. And click on it.
