Giving you complete control over your website, GoDaddy allows you to log into your website using your email, or use email hosting that is offered through Microsoft.
We’re going to look at how you can login using your email through various services offered by the company.
GoDaddy Email Login
This is the main email login that you’ll need when logging into the godaddy.com website. You’ll need this when you plan on using any of the products that you purchase from the company, such as hosting or domain management.
Let’s take look at how to login to the GoDaddy main site:
- Visit https://www.godaddy.com/
- Navigate to the top right of the screen and find “sign in.”
- Click on “sign in” and enter your login information.
You’ll also be able to register with the site directly from this drop-down menu. Now, if you’ve lost your login credentials or simply don’t remember your password, it’s very easy to retrieve this information:
- Visit the reset password page.
- Enter your username or customer number.
- Enter your email address.
- Solve the captcha code.
That’s all you need to do to reset your email password and log back into the website. You will need access to the company’s email address that is on file. Workspace Email Login
You’ll find that there’s a workspace email login offered by GoDaddy. A lot of customers don’t realize that this is actually part of the service when you buy a domain with the company. If you want to create an email address, you can have the MX records directed at GoDaddy.
This will allow you to login and use the company’s interface for your email.
It’s a great solution if you’re on a slower hosting and can’t rely on the normal email that is set up by the host.
You can login to the workspace email by going to: https://login.secureserver.net/?app=wbe.
You’ll need to actually enter in the email address that you created for your domain. You won’t use the same email address that you signed into GoDaddy with.
In the event that you lose your password, you’ll have to go through a few steps to request it from the company. It could take up to 30 minutes for the new password to be effective, so you want to keep this in mind during the process.
You can reset your password by doing the following:
- Access your account manager just like we did in the previous section.
- In your account manager, find the products list, and click “workspace email”.
- Find the account that you want to change, and click
- Locate the email address that you want to change the password of, hover the address, and click edit.
- Now, enter your new password, confirm your password, and click okay.
Like we mentioned before, it can take up to 30 minutes to be able to login using your new password.
Office 365 Login with GoDaddy
The company has also collaborated with Microsoft to offer Outlook 365. You’ll be able to log into this website very quickly and easily:
