How to Use Priority Inbox

The Gmail Priority Inbox will adapt to the way you use Gmail.  It continually runs a program that will review your actions inside of Gmail and then using artificial intelligence and algorithms will figure out which emails you’re most likely to want to read.
As a result the top priority Gmails are automatically moved into the Folder-> Important.
Any of the Gmails that you receive that you do not read are consequently placed into the folder ->Important and unread, which is the folder that you can check to get notifications of new emails.
You can also click on the star button and then any email you star will be moved into the folder->starred.
All other emails not addressed above will be left in a general inbox folder ALL INBOX.

This filter helps you prioritize emails on the basis of their origin. Based on your requirements, you can prioritize emails that come from a certain company. For example, if you work for a company named XYZ, you would want to keep your company emails on top. You can set a filter to keep every email coming from xyz.com on the top.

Filtering emails by individual
