There are two ways Snapchat is used and how you can access Snapchat Login from your computer. One is for sending things to people you don’t want to be stored on their phones. Sending pictures of a more romantic nature is primarily done through Snapchat because you don’t have to worry about the pictures being saved and send to someone else. Then there are public snaps as well. Whatever you upload to the ‘my story’ section is viewable by all the people following you for a period of 24 hours. Snapchat is preferred by young people because they don’t want to leave a record behind. For them, it isn’t about creating memories; it is about living in the now. Remember that age when you only focused on the now of things?
Snapchat is great and has become the main way for the young ones to communicate and share information. Kids these days aren’t into Facebook at all – they prefer posting pictures on Instagram and sharing updates about their day on Snapchat. Snapchat is hard to understand for some people but it shouldn’t be. Snapchat’s deal is that it focuses on ‘ephemeral’ communication.
In basic terms, whatever you send on Snapchat isn’t stored on the receiver’s phone and they can only view it twice. If they try to take a screenshot of what you sent them, you will get a notification about it.
Not everyone can Snapchat through their phones

Snapchat Login
The problem is that many people who want to use Snapchat cannot for a couple of reasons. One is that Snapchat is a very heavy app and can only be properly used by newer phones. If you have an old phone then your phone will struggle with Snapchat. It will close automatically at times and will run at a very choppy pace the other times. There are also many Snapchat features which only work on newer phones.
Another problem is that Snapchat is a very data heavy application. It downloads and uploads a lot of video. If your data plan is running out then you won’t be able use Snapchat at all – Snapchat is probably what ended your data plan in the first place! This and other factors keep a lot of people away from Snapchat. Well, if your friends are using Snapchat, there is no reason you should be left out. With a little bit of ingenuity and knowing what to do you’ll be able to catch up with all your loved ones.
Using Snapchat on a computer
Yes, you can use Snapchat on a computer. Before we talk about using Snapchat on the computer we would like to deliver a warning first; if you search for online Snapchat apps you will get a lot of results. Most of these are shady websites which you should NOT trust. If you enter your private username and password into such websites they may use it for their own purposes. They might steal your data or they might send your friends promotional messages from your phone. Most such services don’t even run; they will just take your username and password and will then give you an error message. Do not trust any website with your login information unless you fully trust it.
Logging in on the official Snapchat website
Yes, there is an official Snapchat website that you can log into but before you get too excited you should know that you can’t really use Snapchat through the website. You can login on the website and from there you can change your account settings and backups. Basically, Snapchat’s official website is for account management purposes, nothing else. However that doesn’t mean you can’t Snapchat on your computer. Read on to find out how.
Using Snapchat through Manymo
Manymo is a fantastic service and is the best way to use Snapchat on your computer. Manymo is an Android emulator. When you start the Manymo emulator on the Manymo website you launch a version of Android inside your web browser. In this emulation of Android you can install whatever you want and do whatever you want. Manymo wasn’t made to run Snapchat but since it is emulating Android it can install Snapchat (or any other app you want). You can use Snapchat this way no matter what phone you have; Android, iPhone, or no phone.
Here’s what you need to do:
First you need the installation file for Snapchat. This might sound complicated but it is not. Go to play.google.com and sign up. Search for Snapchat and download it. The download you receive will be in the form of an .apk file. This is what an Android installation file looks like.
Simply go to the Manymo website and launch the emulator. You have to sign up for Manymo but you do not have to pay for it. Sign up for an account and launch the emulator. You’ll be asked what size you want the emulator to be in. Choose what seems best and continue.
There’s an upload option on Manymo once you’ve launched the emulator. Click on it and locate the .apk file you downloaded in the first step. Tell Manymo to install it and wait for it to complete installation.
Open Snapchat, signup or log in, and you’re good to do.
You will be able to receive and even send messages. You’ll be able to see all the Snapchat stories as well. There is one problem though – you may not be able to send a picture or video. Some webcams work great with Snapchat in Manymo while others don’t work at all. If your webcam works then you’re in luck otherwise there really isn’t a solution available right now. You may also not be able to use the lenses feature depending on your webcam.
The only problem with this method is that, as of now, Manymo doesn’t save your sessions. So the next time you open Manymo you will have to launch the emulator and install the Snapchat .apk once again. It isn’t very intuitive but it is a valid workaround.
